School security is a different discipline. Officers must be approachable to students, credible to parents and ready for the worst day imaginable — all at once. We select and train specifically for that balance.
Programs cover single-point entry control, visitor screening and ID checks, hallway and perimeter presence, arrival and dismissal coverage, athletic and after-school event staffing, and support during lockdown, evacuation and reunification drills.
We work alongside administrators and local law enforcement to review emergency action plans, run tabletop exercises and close the gaps found in them.
